You’ll need to visit the Tennessee Vehicle Services Division in person. Sorry to say, but services are not available online.
What will I need?
- An application for Certificate of Title and Registration (obtained at the county clerk’s office)
- An emission inspection certificate, if required
- Your most recent out-of-state registration
- Proof of identification and Tennessee residency
