Updater Recognized as an Atlanta Journal-Constitution 2020 Top Workplace
We are excited to announce that Updater has been recognized as an Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) 2020 Top Workplace! Congratulations to all winners!
Atlanta, home to our Updater Home Services division, represents one of our largest offices of our seven with over 60 employees. This recognition is a reflection of our division’s carefully defined core values hard at work: collaborative, inquisitive, driven, accountable, and fact-based.
Both The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Energage (an employee research and consulting firm) worked together to survey thousands of companies and employees to determine Atlanta’s top workplaces. The survey measured areas such as culture, leadership, employee engagement, salary, benefits and a host of other variables. As a result, Updater was recognized as one of the top workplaces in Atlanta – a recognition that brings us great pride.
Our leadership team makes conscious decisions to invest in team culture – building upon what we create organically. We’ve invested in our people and our culture since day one, and you can feel that the minute you step into any one of our offices.
