With a decade of experience in multifamily proptech, Hanna has built a reputation as one of the industry’s top customer success leaders. She is renowned for her ability to develop effective professional services teams that generate immense value for operators nationwide.
Before joining Updater, Hanna played pivotal roles as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at VERO and Vice President of Customer Success at Knock CRM. Her proven track record in leading impactful customer success teams and her deep understanding of industry needs make her an invaluable addition to our team.
