You’ll need to visit the Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles in person. Sorry to say, but services are not available online.

What will I need?

  • Your signed-over title, if your vehicle model year is 1995 or later; your signed Bill of Sale
  • White and yellow copies of your registration application
  • Proof of insurance
