You will need to use the DMV Dropbox to change your address. You will need:
- Photocopy of your Driver’s License
- Completed and signed Record Change Request Form
- Telephone number and email address

- A completed Application for Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID Card
- An appointment
- Vision test
When do I need to get a new driver’s license?
You’ll need to visit the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicle office within 60 days of your move.
Do I need to take a driving test?
Nope, save your real driving skills for the road.
Is there a fee?
Ah, the age-old question. New Hampshire charges a $50.00 driver license fee.

Where can I register my vehicle?
To register your vehicle, you must visit the town or city clerk’s office where you reside in New Hampshire. Sorry to say, but services are not available online.
What will I need?
- Your out-of-state title
- Proof of residency
- If the vehicle is leased, if there is a lienholder or the vehicle is title-exempt, submit the following to the town or city clerk’s office where you reside:
- The out-of-state registration
- Lease agreement, if applicable
- Lienholder’s name and address
- Proof of residency

You’ll need to register your vehicle within 60 days of your move.
