When do I need to register my vehicle?
You need to register your vehicle within 30 days of becoming an Oklahoma resident, so get on it!
Is there a fee?
We don’t fault you for asking. Expect to pay an $11 title fee, and a $91 registration fee for motor vehicles (or $94 for a motorcycle). Additional fees may apply; contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission at (800) 522-8165, ext. 1-3101 for more information.

Yes, and you must get it before you title and register your vehicle.
