Lisa Richardson is no stranger to the hustle and bustle of property management. With over 15 years of industry experience, Lisa currently works at the Decron-managed Reserve at Chino Hills — and she’s seen it all when it comes to move-ins. Lisa recalls one particularly meticulous move of her own, and she wishes an app like Updater existed back then. “I scheduled movers, and they double-booked me and another customer the same day. Unlucky me, I got the same crew — but only after they moved the first customer. They arrived at 9 pm, and were already burned out by the time they got to me. The entire experience resulted in me moving to my new place in the middle of the night.”
