Updater Hires Relocation Technology Expert, Chris Saad
NEW YORK, NY – (December 21, 2015) – Updater, the leading technology platform to streamline the moving process, today announced that it has expanded its sales team by hiring Chris Saad as Director of its Moving and Storage division. Saad formerly served as a sales consultant at EWS Group, one of the top move management software providers for moving companies around the country.
At Updater, Saad will focus on introducing Updater’s innovative technology solutions to top moving companies and national van lines. He will also work to secure integrations with the industry’s top technology vendors, leveraging his expansive network within the relocation technology industry.

With more than nine years of leadership experience at EWS Group, Saad played a crucial role in directing the company’s strategic sales planning and business development initiatives. At EWS Group, Saad managed over 100 existing customer accounts on the MoversSuite platform and secured new accounts within the top national van lines including UniGroup, Atlas, and SIRVA. Long before joining EWS Group, Saad felt himself uniquely poised to join a relocation tech company after growing up in a family that owned a United Van Lines agency.
