Focused enhancements for a smoother workflow
This October, we delivered practical updates designed to make life a little easier for your onsite teams. We’ve listened to your feedback and focused on enhancing a few areas that, while not headline-grabbing, are foundational to a smoother workflow. Here’s what’s new this month:
1. Faster load times for partners with large portfolios
We know some of you have been experiencing slower load times, especially if you’re managing hundreds of properties. This was a known issue, and we knew we needed to improve it—so we did. We made significant tweaks to our system, and load times are now 50% faster. We’re confident this will save your teams precious minutes daily, but we’re not stopping here. We’ll continue to fine-tune throughout the rest of the year.
2. Automatic lease start date & unit number syncing
Starting shortly, lease start dates and unit number changes will automatically pull in from your core property management software. It’s a small but overdue step to reducing manual inputs and helping keep your information accurate, up-to-date, and hassle-free.
3. Bulk download of resident documents from Updater
For leasing teams who need to download resident documents from our Document Center, we’ve heard your feedback. Downloading them individually can be tedious, so we’re introducing a bulk download feature. Now, you can download the entire package of resident documents—including proof of utility signup, welcome letters, and more—all in one go.
This improvement is particularly helpful for clients using RealPage OneSite, which doesn’t allow Updater (or any third party) to push documentation back into the OneSite system. In the past, teams would have to download these documents individually. With the new bulk download option, you can save time and streamline your workflow.
