Improved Utility and Property-Specific Configurations
Moving is a stressful time, and your residents have many tasks to tackle as they prepare to move. That’s why we’ve made it easier than ever for you to update important, property-specific information, such as utility requirements, satellite restrictions, and resident portal information, within Updater.
These improvements ensure that each resident who uses Updater has the most accurate, up-to-date property information at their fingertips, right when they’re completing the moving tasks that matter most.
Update and Edit Utility Information
New improvements to the Updater Company Dashboard enable you to add, edit, and/or verify property-specific utility information, including which utility services are required for residents to set up and which utility providers are available, directly within Updater. Additionally, you can request a new provider if it does not exist in our database.
Update/Set Property Specifications
By providing your residents with pertinent move-in details ahead of time, you’ll save your site teams phone calls, questions, and headaches.
Does your property allow satellite installation? Let your residents know! Do you provide a resident portal? Add or edit resident portal links yourself to ensure residents have access to their resident portal ahead of move-in.
All of this property-specific information can be easily configured directly within your Updater Company Dashboard. Any updates to existing information will be instantly reflected on your Resident Dashboard.
