Product updates: Sign-up flow enhancements and custom task additions
We’ve introduced a few enhancements that build on existing workflows and give partners more flexibility when configuring the resident experience. These updates are designed to add value on top of what’s already working well, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and optional customization.
An updated resident sign-up flow
The resident sign-up flow has been streamlined, reducing the time it takes for residents to complete sign-up.
This update keeps the same core information and experience, while presenting it in a more efficient sequence for residents once they open their invite. The goal is to help residents move through sign-up with fewer interruptions and get to their checklist sooner, without changing how partners invite or manage residents.
New capabilities for Custom Tasks
Custom Tasks continue to be an important way teams tailor their move-in experience, and this release adds a few new capabilities to that toolkit.
Video in Custom Tasks
Partners can now include video directly within a Custom Task using a video URL. Videos display inline in the resident experience, making it easy to share welcome messages, tours, or helpful context as part of the checklist.
Refreshed Custom Task setup
We’ve made initial updates to the Custom Task creation experience to make it feel more streamlined and easier to work with. This is part of an ongoing effort to keep the experience consistent as new capabilities are added.
Frequently used Custom Tasks now available by default
Based on how teams are already using Custom Tasks, we’ve promoted several of the most common ones into default options. This helps standardize setup across properties while still allowing for customization where needed.
These enhancements are meant to support existing workflows and give teams a few more tools to work with, without introducing new complexity. We’ll continue building on this foundation as we roll out additional updates throughout the quarter.
