Through hourly syncs with Yardi, we import resident information to generate resident welcome letters, export relevant data back to Yardi, and facilitate the smoothest move-in process possible.

- Effortless information retrieval: The two systems sync every hour to import resident information from Yardi into Updater.
- Time-saving invitations: Updater generates Welcome Letter email invitations and sends them to residents based on the retrieved Yardi data.
- Document synchronization: Approved documents for utilities and renter’s insurance that residents submit to Updater automatically push to Yardi and sync with residents’ Yardi profiles.
- Communication logs: Updater saves Welcome Letters and Move Costs Summary to Yardi.
- Pet and vehicle details: Residents’ pet and vehicle information collected within Updater seamlessly sync to Yardi’s corresponding fields.
