Multifamily Senior Executive Ash Bell Joins Updater
We’re excited to announce that Ash Bell will be joining the Updater team as Executive Director of Business Development for our Multifamily Division. He is awesome. A snapshot of Ash? He really loves CrossFit, surfing, and of course, bringing top-notch technology to the multifamily industry.
With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, we’re looking forward to tapping into his expertise as we build out our multifamily channel.
At Updater, Ash will work on:
1. Bringing Updater’s relocation solutions to top property management and student housing companies
2. Securing technology integrations with core property management software tools
3. Managing Updater’s Raleigh, North Carolina office
Previously, Ash worked at RainMaker Group as Vice President of Multifamily Sales Operations and Business Development, where he was responsible for bringing Rainmaker’s revenue optimization system to over 2 million units. Ash has also worked in a sales development capacity at MRI and RealPage. At MRI, Ash delivered relocation solutions to NMHC Top 50 operators. While at RealPage, Ash oversaw the Student Living sales division, and was instrumental in the company’s international expansion.
