TransactionDesk® and Updater – Integration Details

Updater integrates with the industry’s leading transaction management software to create a powerful and efficient tech experience. We take pride in our integrations and are continually expanding and improving them. When real estate brokerages integrate Updater into their daily process, everyone involved wins – brokerage, agents, buyers, and sellers.

Who can use this integration?

  • Real estate agents who use TransactionDesk® and want to offer Updater to their clients

  • Broker/owners who use TransactionDesk® and want to offer Updater to all clients

Cost:

  • Updater is free for all agents and brokerages that use TransactionDesk®

Step 1: Open a transaction and click on the Marketplace tab

Step 2: Claim your free Updater account directly within the integration Marketplace.

Step 3: Set your Updater password and branding.

Once you claim your Updater account:

  • Set your password

  • Customize your agent branding – headshot, website, social media links, and personal motto.

  • Personalize your Updater invitation message. You can choose to keep the default message (the default has been optimized by the Updater team) or write your own default to reflect your personality.

  • Once saved, invitations to Updater will be sent to your clients based on their closing date within Transaction Desk®.

  • Log back in to Updater at any time via the Partners link within Transaction Desk®.
