Our team has been innovating and strategizing the next Updater Pro | Onboarding features to further power your team’s resident onboarding functions. We will continue to push the envelope of moving technology to create an unmatched experience for you and your residents. Here’s a sneak peek at upcoming releases that will take your resident onboarding to the next level.
Increase visibility and tracking through a metrics dashboard
Onsite teams are consistently keeping track of who’s ready to move-in, documentation, and moving logistics. Reliable, up-to-date tracking is crucial to keeping teams running efficiently. And, when all this information is in different places, it can be difficult to get an overview of which residents or what processes need attention. So, we’re excited to announce a new real-time dashboard is coming soon. With one click, corporate leaders can get a clear picture of onsite team and resident engagement metrics across their communities. The new metrics dashboard will be available in Q1 for corporate teams, and community team access will follow.
Expanded access and automation with new bi-directional integrations
Today, Updater Pro | Onboarding has a robust integration with Yardi, enabling the secure push and pull of important mover details. Coming soon we will release additional integrations with Entrata and RealPage.
Additionally, we’re releasing the ability for leasing teams to manually sync a resident’s information with your core property management software at any time – no need to wait for the once-per-day sync. This new feature unlocks the ability to send Welcome Letters faster – something that is especially helpful when a move date is less than 5 days from lease signing.
More control over your resident experience
We heard you loud and clear that customizing and controlling your resident’s Updater experience is important to ensure your resident has a positive early impression of your community and team. Here are a few features to look forward to this season:
- Continued customization of your Welcome Letter: Leasing teams will soon be able to add custom opening and closing texts to their Welcome Letter for a more personalized resident experience.
- Resident reminders: Leasing teams will soon be able to trigger reminders for residents with optional custom notes to ensure moves stay on track.
- Lease and address changes: New features are coming to support changes to leases, lease start dates, and unit number changes.
- A Document Center: We will introduce the Document Center for quick access to any document uploaded by a resident, making it easier than ever to find a resident’s documentation.
