For example, the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) gave Frontier TV a rating of 63 out of 100 in 2021. This is a considerable jump from Frontier’s 2020 score of 58. On the other hand, Frontier Communications, as a company, gets a series of “F” ratings from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in several geographic locations. However, this could be because reviewers are also taking into account their internet service, which may skew the BBB’s ratings away from Frontier’s TV service.
How does Frontier TV compare to other providers?
