David Greenberg Named Emerging Leader by Swanepoel

Every year, the Swanepoel T3 Group puts out the Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200), the definitive ranking of top leaders in residential real estate. This year, they’ve introduced a few new categories, including Emerging Leaders — those influencers age 40 and younger. We’re thrilled to announce that David Greenberg, our fearless founder and CEO, made the list! Swanepoel specifically cited the $30 million we raised last year and the fact that over 5% of all people moving in the U.S. use our moving app, Updater.
We’d also like to congratulate our friends who made the list:
- Grier Allen at BoomTown
- Jordan Connett at Redefy
- Andrew Flachner at RealScout
- David Friedman at Boston Logic
- Ben Kinney at Ben Kinney Companies
- Chris Smith at Curaytor
- Tyler Smith at SkySlope
Be sure to check out the full list of Emerging Leaders!
