What others say about Spectrum and WOW! internet

WOW! internet is highly regarded for its customer service and customer satisfaction scores. In a 2021 JD Power and Associates review of customer satisfaction with ISPs, WOW! placed an impressive second, beating out Spectrum in the North Central region of the U.S. WOW! also tied for seventh compared to Spectrum’s 10th place ranking in PC Mag’s Reader’s Choice ISP 2021 review.

Although Spectrum might be a pricier option, as US News & World Report points out in their recent review of Spectrum internet, Spectrum is much more widely available.
