Updater Exploding in DC, Says The Washington Post
Our Multifamily division has been working hard, gearing up for renters nationwide to enter prime moving season. The results? Nearly 100,000 renters in the Washington DC metro area will receive Updater moving concierge services this spring – that’s nearly 10% of all renters in the DC area!
So, we’re thrilled that The Washington Post featured our growth and traction in the region in the Where We Live section of the paper today! Our partners in the region include Oculus Realty, Kettler Management, Harbor Group Management, Vantage Management and, our most recent additions, JBG Companies and The Bozzuto Group. These DC firms are cranking resident services up a notch by offering personalized moving services through Updater.
Thinking about renting in DC? Look no further than our partners, who are so excited to have you move into their community that they’re even helping you through it.
Michele Lerner of The Washington Post writes:
“Rental property management companies have upped their game in offering rooftop decks, coffee bars in the lobby, dog grooming facilities and concierge services to attract renters to their buildings.
Now several property management companies in the D.C. area – including Oculus Realty, Kettler Management, Harbor Group Management Company and Vantage Management – have added “Updater” services for personalized moving services. According to Updater, nearly 100,000 apartment dwellers in the region (nearly 10 percent of all renters in the D.C. area) will receive a moving concierge and moving dashboard to simplify their moving experience, all courtesy of these property management companies.”
We’re proud of our growth in the nation’s capitol and hope to expand our partners within and outside the region. If you’d like more information, please fill out the form on this page or email [email protected].
